1. Our Services

Side by Side AI provides done-with-you implementation services — including a three-day setup delivered over video call and ongoing Monthly Mentorship — that bring AI and automation into your business. The scope of any engagement is defined in the agreement we reach with you in conversation, and these terms apply alongside that agreement.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Misuse messaging, calling, or automation features in violation of applicable laws or our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Attempt to access, alter, or disrupt the platform, its security, or another user's data.
• Resell or sublicense access without authorization.

3. Billing and Renewals

Fees are agreed with you in conversation before any work begins. The three-day setup is billed as agreed. Monthly Mentorship renews each month until you cancel. You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on file, and we will not add usage-based charges from third parties without discussing them with you first.

4. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in activity that harms the platform or other users.

5. Third-Party Services

Our services may connect to third-party tools such as payment processors, calendar providers, messaging carriers, and AI providers. Their terms and fees apply, and we are not responsible for their availability, actions, or charges. Where third-party usage costs may apply, we will discuss them with you before they are incurred.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Side by Side AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel Monthly Mentorship at any time to prevent the next renewal. Cancellation eligibility, timing, and any refunds for the three-day setup are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
